Information on the exercise of the right of withdrawal
The right to withdraw from the contract
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after
14 days from the date on which you acquire physical possession of the goods or a third party other than the carrier and indicated
by you acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, you must inform us: (DATA, about your decision to withdraw from this
contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or e-mail). You can use the model withdrawal form,
however, it is not obligatory. You can also fill in and submit the withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement by e-mail
on our website www.bizuteria-radziszewska.pl. from the contract on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send information regarding the exercise of your right to withdraw from
the contract before the deadline to withdraw from the contract
Consequences of withdrawal from the contract
In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs
(except for additional costs resulting from your chosen method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery method
offered by us), without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we were informed about
your decision to exercise the right to withdraw from this contract. We will refund your payment using the same payment
methods that you used in the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur
any fees in connection with this return. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or until proof of their return
is provided to us, whichever occurs first.
Please send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay, and in any case not later than 14 days from the day
on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before
the period of 14 days has expired.
We bear the costs of returning the goods by the cheapest method of delivery (Polish Post - economic parcel)
You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what was necessary
to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
